We collect ordinary business-contact information you choose to provide, such as your name, work email address, organisation, role, enquiry or booking context, and meeting details.
We rely on legitimate interests for ordinary B2B enquiry and booking administration, unless another lawful basis is required. We do not add people to a newsletter or use discovery-route information for unrelated direct marketing without a separate compliant decision and appropriate notice or choice.
We retain ordinary enquiry and booking records for no longer than 12 months after the last substantive interaction, then delete or anonymise them unless a longer period is needed for a legal obligation, an active client relationship, or to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
The website uses WordPress hosting, email and discovery-booking services to operate the public route. We limit access to what is necessary to operate and administer enquiries. If WISHORY personnel access personal information while travelling or working outside the United Kingdom, we assess the relevant arrangements and apply required safeguards before facilitating that access.
